Interim Healthcare
project overview
Interim HealthCare of Annapolis is a home care provider offering skilled nursing, personal care, companionship, and healthcare staffing services to help seniors and individuals with health conditions live independently at home in major city areas around Annapolis. My role in this project was to design deliverables that served a media campaign strategy to drive engagement with current clients as well as attract new ones.

Existing Problems
I had to consider the faults within their previous posts and where they failed to garner the desired engagement. Before, IHA seemed to post semi-regularly, however the problem lied in the fact that they had no intentionality with their posts. This led to lacking engagement and a sense that the content that they were producing wasn’t beneficial or relevant.

Release Strategy & Impact
A concrete outreach strategy can make or break audience engagement, and for this campaign, timing was our biggest advantage. I designed posts to be released biweekly over three months (October through December), perfectly aligned with cold weather health content. Combined with a newly designed brochure, this approach significantly enhanced IHA's outreach effectiveness.
The deliverable designs were simple yet effective applications of the existing brand, taking a proactive approach to distributing valuable information to current and prospective clients. The results:
68% increase in viewer engagement from existing clients
50% increase in email newsletter click-through rate
40% increase in client retention over a 4-month period
Established consistent, easy-to-use social media template system
Developed more effective brand voice resonating with target audience
